Teamwork and presentation skills are emphasized in these discussion based courses. The capstone learning experience requires group members to develop a business plan for a company startup, extension or expansion. Professionals in various business fields facilitate courses.
These classes are held one night a week, one course at a time and the entire program completed within 2 years.
MBA - Accounting
The Master of Business Administration with Accounting Concentration is a 36 credit hour program designed to equip the accounting professional with a broad array of skills and knowledge for professional practice. This program will assist in the preparation for the business professional to sit for the Certified Public Accountant (CPA) examination. Students must have a bachelor's degree in accounting or a minium of 15 credit hours of upper level (300-400) accounting courses from a regionally accredited college or university to be eligible for this program.
MBA - Human Resources
The Master of Business Administration with Human Resources concentration is a 36-credit hour program designed to equip the HR professional with a broad array of skills and knowledge for professional practice.
MBA - Health Management
The Master of Business Administration with Health Management Concentration is a 36 credit hour program. This program includes a concentration of 9 hours delivered electronically and is designed to equip the health management professional with focused skills and knowledge for professional practice.
MBA - Agribusiness
The Master of Business Administration with agribusiness concentration is a 36-credit hour program designed to equip the agriculture professional with a broad array of skills and knowledge for professional practice.
MBA - Direct Admission
The Direct Admission Master of Business Administration program allows entry to students who have just graduated from college into our fully-accelerated MBA program without the normal age or work experience requirements of our Graduate and Professional Studies programs. Like our regular MBA, this program is an 80-week, 36-credit hour degree program.
Students will meet two nights per week for three hours each night. Through a blend of theory and practice, we emphasize individual work, as well as team work and presentation skills. This new program allows students to maintain a career during the daytime while pursuing a graduate degree at night.
