Woods Earns Two Wins in Alabama

(ORANGE BEACH, Ala., March 16)--The William Woods University softball team completed their stay in Orange Beach, Ala., with a pair of victories on Tuesday morning. The Owls defeated Central Methodist University 6-4, and Oklahoma Christian University 12-11.

The Owls (8-13) will return to action on March 19. WWU will play in the William Carey Invitational Tournament. They will play Southern Nazarene University at 12 noon, and host William Carey at 7 pm. The tournament will be the last stop on the Owls spring break trip.
