the lower level of Dulany Auditorium
Classes are free to students, staff and faculty.

5:30-6:15pm Floor/Step Aerobics
Wednesdays
5:00-5:45pm Zumba
6:00-7:00pm 1-2-3-4 Pilates
Thursdays
12:15-12:55pm Body Sculpt

Class Descriptions
This is a non-contact kickboxing class utilizing basic kicks and punches. Designed as a total body workout; this class will make you sweat!
For students with little or no yoga experience. This class will introduce you to the yoga positions while increasing your flexibility and strength and teaching proper alignment in yoga postures.
A basic dance aerobics class with high-intensity cardio workout that can be modified for any fitness level.
A powerfulcardio workout using an elevated platform to "step-it-up" a notch. Whatever your level of fitness; you will get a great workout.
This class has an emphasis on core and muscle control/back and breath awareness along with leg lengthening/strengthening". A "must try" for every student!
This class focuses on building muscle and toning. A strength training, full-body workout that will push you to your limits!
